My gosh...
Hey guys i found something shocking yet interesting, here it goes...P ass The Butter ~ ~ ~ ~ This is interesting . . . . .
Margarine was originally manufactured to fatten turkeys. When it killed the turkeys, the people who had put all the money into the research wanted a payback so they put their heads together to figure out what to do with this product to get their money back. It was a white substance with no food appeal so they added the yellow coloring and sold it to people to use in place of butter. How do you like it? They have come out with some clever new flavorings.

Both have the same amount of calories.
Butter is slightly higher in saturated fats at 8 grams compared to 5 grams.
Eating margarine can increase heart disease in women by 53% over eating the same amount of butter, according to a recent Harvard Medical Study.
Eating butter increases the absorption of many other nutrients in other foods.
Butter has many nutritional benefits where margarine has a few
only because they are added!
Butter tastes much better than margarine and it can enhance the flavors of other foods.
Butter has been around for centuries where margarine has been around for less than 100 years.
And now, for Margarine..
Very high in trans fatty acids.
Triple risk of coronary heart disease.
Increases total cholesterol and LDL (this is the bad cholesterol) and lowers HDL cholesterol, (the good cholesterol)
Increases the risk of cancers up to five fold.
Lowers quality of breast milk.
Decreases immune response.
Decreases insulin response.
And here's the most disturbing fact.... HERE IS THE PART THAT IS VERY INTERESTING!
Margarine is but ONE MOLECULE away from being PLASTIC..
This fact alone was enough to have me avoiding margarine for life and anything else that is hydrogenated (this means hydrogen is added, changing the molecular structure of the substance).
You can try this yourself:
Purchase a tub of margarine and leave it in your garage or shaded area. Within a couple of days you will note a couple of things:
* no flies, not even those pesky fruit flies will go near it (that should tell you something)
* it does not rot or smell differently because it has no nutritional value; nothing will grow on it Even those teeny weeny microorganisms will not a find a home to grow. Why? Because it is nearly plastic. Would you melt your Tupperware and spread that on your toast?

Back for a long post!
I think am free today so i can post a little more than usual, yays for some and "aww man boring...just type short and end it you dirtbag".So i hope i HOPE you will be entertained ((:.And i have not watch any movies recently yet, remember? mid-years! Have to study study study! ok, maybe not i still don't study. To be frank with you people i haven't study more than 30minutes this year...Amazing huh?
And i visited mr.lee's blog today, Have a post about cat eyes or something, i replied and gave me "theory" i wasn' sure if i t was right but i combined general knowledge and some stuff which i read/watch before, hopefully i gave the right answer. Today was the chinese test, and god was it hard, For the comprehension i doubt i could read much. Alot of words given in the paper were stray to me i don't even think i have learnt it before...
After school Eka asked me jason and shahir if we were interested to follow him to KFC to have lunch, but honestly i wasn't a fan of KFC. When we reached there we odered stuff and chat as we ate, soon Yuki(Pebbles XD), shereen and cherly was sighted, they came to our table and we cahtted and had fun, they bought lots of sweet and they genourously shared it with us (THANK YOU!) later i was bored so i mixed the following into a 60 oz pepsi(i think)[Large]

All of us almost puke i think, it smelled like crap. After that me and jason took 173 home and i met my primary school friend by the name of "Mario" He was a nice guy overall was a bully last time , REAL naughty, but now he is quite good already, a good friend i can assure, from dunearn secondary, normal academic.
And today i'll list the shows which gives me the !WOW! For it is really really good!!!(At least to me ;p)

*Law of ueki [Anime]----Nill (unless of SCV animax channel 84 but i think they don't show it anymore)This show is really good and if you want to watch if try "www.youtube.com" if they removed it try "www.dailymotion.com" Episode 1-10 may be a bit boring, but i din't find it boring but nice, but after 11-51 it will be superb.
*GTO (Great Teacher Onizuka) [Anime]---Nill( maybe animax too) THIS ANIME IS AWESOMELY good, but i don't advise you to watch at the above links, cause its long but the addiction makes it very short, what i advise is to buy the series and dvd stores if they do sell, for me it rocked hard, but i don't know what for you, honestly they best anime i watch EVER!!
Well...thats all i can remember for now but if your do want me to post more stuff about this topic, request on my tagboard and i will find time to do so thanks!

Am back!

This was tooken at caltex yesterday we went there to have some food, if am right, jason, shereen, teresa, pebbles, cherly and me was there. WE had so much fun ((: and this photo wasn't intended to be taken this way i just wanted to take a photo when pebbles was lip talking outside the window, when i snapped the photo this was the result, me and teresa laughed like mad people!!!!

For today, i just played some basketball and chat with 1e1 peeps i had lunch with zi gui, johnson and zin win too right after school. After that was basketball and chatting all the way till 5, then i went home with emily since it was the same bus. Did the "respect" logo with jason before i boarded the bus. And here i am now posting and using msn, soon going to dota (:

Yawn
Hey, sorry for not posting this few days...guess i was low on inspirations. XD.And last friday, badminton training we were doing frog jumps VERY tired, then suddenly there was a crowd which was contemp dancers and mr.adam and many more teachers to judge, including students too came. When they started dancing my tiko coach immediately asked us to stop and rest, then he started gazing at the dancers. Then one of us said coach pervert. Immediately he asked us to do tougher training...Don't know if he was angry ;p.
AND recently i bought a all new "EASYSTEP" product, this is the video promoting the product, ENJOY!

And today i had cooking test for Home Economics! And it went very well (: This was the dish which i cooked for today comments on it please! =\
The dish that i cooked Thinly sliced beef wrapping the japanese golden mushroom, Beef was merinated with sesame oil and oyster sauce. And later garnished with spring onion and sliced thin chilly strips, then later poured japanese soya honey sauce with sesame seed( alittle only) on top of it and later spirnkled hand full of fried garlic strip and some japanese toppings ( contains dried egg bits, seaweed and some other stuff) There you have it!

Hey hey! am back. sorry for being so inactive. Been quite busy recently. Suddenly have abit of a basketball craze! I used to play but stopped for very long. I suddenly like to play it quite alot, though i suck...I love to play with the 1E1's and someothers..! Shahir, jason, teresa, kevin, emily, jiahui maybe even darren (: i think there is afew more forgot!

Fiveday.
Greetings, i have not much to post today... so i'll just talk alittle and post something else (:.Today i had chinese test... It was letter writting, i think i kinda screwed up. Hopefully, i don't fail...I skipper badminton today cause i did not feel like going. The strongest reason was that my muscles ached alot. this week i played basket ball and alot of shit happened to me...
Teresa-Smacked my face and stpped on my shoes, basketball hit my face(hurt my toe)
Jia hui- knocked me and the back simultaneously.

Day after day...
Alright...I am free now, i guess...Today i will include a special "Freedom Writters" review, but first it will be my about my boring oh life, too bad just read it ;p.Today is like normal i mean, there are special things that happened today but not special enough for me to actually classify it 'special' Eh here it goes...
Hurray, today is supposed to be our history test but guess what, Mr.Lee had some interview stuff so he came very very late so it was postponed to next week tuesday, which is good cause i did not study at all XD.While waiting many things happened at first i studied history for like 10 mins, but am not the study type so i gave up. After that the group of malay girls one by one came and ask us to keep quiet, kinda bossy but i had no issue with that. then not long Mr.Lee came and announced the no test good news.
Then during recess i excluded eating in recess in my schedule for today for i played badminton. Jason came along to play, we somewhat joke and we did a friendly challange, I started my smacking frenzy then don't know how many people came along and got smacked on the head me and jason was giggling for example a india guy named sulthan in my class ' He keep saying wait wait wait wait wait' Then i ignored him and said to myself ' ok last shot and i'll stop for him' But it so happens that shot hit his head, haha....Then suddenly vivian poped out she smiled at me, then don't know due to some unknown properties i felt malu then miss like crazy HAHA.After she left everything settled down. An advice PLEASE OH PLEASE even if you see me playing badminton just keep quiet and see don't wave and shout or smile at me i'll feel funny don't attrct attention and watch! or even better don't waste your precious time (:.
During last period was chemistry, and gosh was it boring i felt like going to sleep every 3 minutes i will close my eyes change position, and it repeat, i felt so dizzy..haha so i poked my with the mechanical pencil, and it felt good it worked, excluding the little amount of skin that broke off :(. After that i gave a dumb excuse to go to the toilet. But what i did was roam around cause i felt so boredddd...Upon walking around. I passed by the home econimics room and i felt a tickle in my nose the aroma was something that you couldn't have missed, good or bad i don't know =\. I passed by the door in i hid on the side. I saw bernerd and joevenn and i greeted some friends. Suddenly vivian poped outta no where. Actually not really cause the door was blocking the view.Then we exchange greetings and smiles, i asked her what she cooked.And it was.... "Crab Rice" I asked vivian was it nice, but frankly vivian in my heart my first impression was wth crab rice never heard of it sounds gross ;p.
After that i played somemore badminton and went to my badminton CCA. And you bet it was tough.Amruth was like grumbling and grumbling whinning and whinning. we did side ways running and picking up shuttle he was the last in what? 8/10 times? Lucky it was burpies(Legs out together in push-up position retrive your legs and jump, sounds easy?) He already did it like a fool we were laughing like it was some sort of hilarious joke. Luckily it wasn't Push-ups Cause gosh He redefines the excersise, To my opinion it was the Pennis-up for him his body moved like what? 0.5mm and his pennis would rub on the ground i mean what the hell, cleaning the hall is not your job, and you what? use your pennis it wasn't as sight which you will enjoy.
Not long teresa emily and jia hui came to see alittle while. At first i did not know that was jia hui i mistooken for another girl but i know her just that i did not know her name. I only found out later and Shahir,emily,teresa,a boy which i don't know his name but me and him is on friend-terms and jia hui we 3v3 each otehr and it was pretty even...haha.
And gosh was nicklace( don't know how to spell his name) from 1E3 tagging along with teresa like a magnet but i mean am not jeolous or anything let me tell you why. He took a spot in badminton school team and because of him it was full even talented people like shukri ZinWin and calvin was unable to join. But soon after that he skips badminton training for almost a whooping 5 weeks ( training falls on wednesday and friday) But he still stayed in school to show people porn and stuff and hang around or either tag along with a girl. Shahir and others in school team was kinda pissed with him, which was obvious..
okay let me get back to it. And teresa emily and jiahui went home around 6. So it was left with jason( which joinned in later) shahir and me. We just shoot some basketball and hanged around while chatting. Around 6.40 we decided to leave. Shahir took bus while me and jason shared cab.

Here goes...
A teacher's life dream was to become a teacher( okay that sounded stupid sorry i forgot the characters name). She joined the school in longbeach. That state was always fighting with each other because blacks white and other races fighted for territory it was common, People get shot on the streets for just being enemies territory. Since young they were taught to always protect your race eve if they were wrong to fight and to defend they were like young soldiers even since birth.
So same in school same thing happens most of people carried guns the defend themself because they know, ANYTIME a fight could just occour one minute you're standing and alive next minute somebody aims a gun at your head and is about to bust it off. At first the teacher could not handle everyday people would either walk out of the classroom or start fighting beating up each other, in other words you could describe everything by the very one word 'Chaos' total chaos... Soon the teacher learns how to face them, it was a rough rough ride and is determined to get the class from total failures to be aligible for college or so. She is eager she takes up 3 jobs. One part was veru funny the husband said " So you're taking to more job to cover your job as a teacher to earn hardly anything?" the tune was funny eh...
Will she succeed in the ultimate transformation, will her marriage be at stake or will she fail and only to seek total destruction to herself mentally and physically. That you see i can't say for this is just a lousy review...

Shooter!
Yahooooo! I sneaked in luckily it was a old woman, she looked freaking blur, and she rather check on my 19 year old cousin then a 13 year-old guy, i see irony i thought old people are suppose to be wise, screw that.I will the some talking followed by "shooter" review. Thank god it was friday, i really did not wanted to go to school, had lots of homework that haven't been done, seriously it was a relieve...Good gracious, there is the stupid girl who is so damn childish, everything also say flirt.

Swagger is a top shooter in army he is assigned for a job to stop the africians from rebelling and go to another place. But soon they are overpowered, too many of them appeared. The camp which owns them decided to abandon them. Swagger and his good friend assigned on the mission decided to make a last stand. A chopper comes, random fire hits his buddy, Swagger is angry and sad, goes on frenzy shoots the chopppers spinners. Boom! and he runs.
3 years later he has settle down his life in a forest. Has a dog and is quite happy with his life. Soon some Corrupted CIA dudes want to employ him to kill the president but lies to him that they want to protect the president am use him as a scape-goat. Swagger bought the story. He goes around the country checking the humidity weather and wind speed to get a excellent shoot.
Soon they meet at a building and is prepared to fire while do president is doing speech. Swagger gives the call to immediately fire, but right after he gives the call, corrupted CIA officer shot at him hitting his shoulder missing his head. He shoots again hitting his leg. Swagger fleets in pain, limping. He relised he got fooled by the CIA guys and quickly tries to make an escape. FBI gets involve CIA people craps about him shooting the president. But actaully Swagger only gave the call when to shoot but not fire the gun. CIA dudes made a factual assumption that he was going to die unless he stopped his bleeding. Will he survive? Will he succeed is his futile revenge? OR will he get killed? Too bad its just a review. I hope i have given you an idea about the movie, actually the movie itself is quite complicating. Hopefully you understood.

E-Learning Day
Hello! Today i did not have school as it was E-Learning day, it is something like a drill to prepare us when e-learning is needed. For example there is a threat of mosquitos sucking human's blood, hence the school will be a chicken and ask everyone to stay at home and not come to school, but instead if giving us peace with no homework, they decided giving us hell would be better, so incase any pandamic diseases threathens singapore we all must stay at home.Well, but the homework they gave us was pretty screwed, especially maths 5/7 homework's pictures could not be viewed. Other then that e-learning day was alright :D

Alright here goes the SNEAK PREVIEW!
There is this guy called DJ, he and his brother is in a dance group, and when they teamed up they were quite unstoppable. One day, they were against one of the very good dancing groups too. After a tough fight the win goes to DJ's team, the other team ain't satisfied, they bet another 2 times of their cash on that they will win. DJ is tempted but his bigger brother asked him to back out and play safe, he don't want to listen and tell him if he wants to chicken out he will do it alone with his team. Brother has no choice but joins them for second round. The opponents do much amazing moves now because their super eager to win. When all hope is lost DJ's brother does superb stunning moves and they lost again. They happily walked home, suddenly the dudes who lost to DJ's team pops out and threatened them to give back the earnings which was won during the dance fight. They refuse, they fight, DJ's brother fight with the leader of the other team, But the dude is better then him in fighting, DJ is quite good in fighting too clears the opponents and immediately went to help his bigger brother. That leader dude gets pissed shoots his brother and flee, DJ is miserable as he loves he brother alot.
Parents and relatives found out, don't know what happened to the parents but DJ went on a train to another country to live with one of his relatives, the uncle is strict as he know DJ did many bad stuff, and was serious on him making it big because now that his sister(DJ's mom) had suffered alot of grief and DJ was her only hope he knew he couldn't let her down, DJ too was eager to do well for his mom and being in College was his brothers dream to dance well and study well in College and get a good job, Hence DJ agreed.
First few days he saw his love at first sight, but that girl was already somebody else date, at that guy who is that girls date was in the stomping the yard squard. And in that college there was two major dance squard.Snake and Wolf, but wolf was more superior and they even won stomping the yard for 7 years in all the college, so they battle it out after argueing.But that dude was no match for DJ. The next day wolfs offered brotherhood to DJ to join they're squard DJ declines and join Snakes.
And then his ourney continues to win the girls heart and help snakes finally beat wolfs in the nationals, Or can't he?
